Working For Us

Nannies, Babysitters, Mother’s Help and Maternity Nurses, we want to hear from you!

Are you experienced, professional, dedicated and passionate about childcare? If you have these qualities, we would like to meet you.

Our Nannies, Babysitters, Mother’s Helps, and Maternity Nurses are the foundation of our reputation at Hopes and Dreams. We only register professionals who share our values and commitment to outstanding childcare.

We generally have an induction with our Babysitters during which they are trained on how we work with our prestigious clients. We ensure our staff work in a safe and happy environment. When our staff are happy, we know that our high standards of care are always maintained.

We offer both ad-hoc and permanent positions. Our ad-hoc positions are ideal if you wish to have flexibility of work that will allow you to choose your own working schedule.  All you need to do is to give us your weekly availability, let us know when you can work and we will be in touch. Our permanent positions are regularly advertised to our nannies. We want to know our families well, so we can ensure our Nannies are satisfied in their roles and they get settled with families.

Childcare qualifications are desirable but not compulsory for all positions. We encourage all our staff to continually pursue further training and to keep up to date with the latest information in the field of childcare.

If you would like to join our wonderful team of Childcare Specialists, please complete the registration form below and attach your current CV.

You will need to demonstrate the following criteria:

  • Minimum of two years’ childcare experience
  • Verifiable references (verbal and written)
  • First aid certificate
  • Clear DBS
